Healthy Oat Bars

Healthy Oat Bars

This past year I’ve made the conscious effort to be mindful of the ingredients I am putting in my body and that includes my sweet treats.

These oat bites are great to satisfy a sweet tooth and you most likely already have these ingredients lying around. I tend to make a big batch and store them in the freezer for later.  One of the best parts about these is that they are simple and take less than 10 mins to make.  I’ve made these in a few different variations adding or swapping different ingredients but have found this to be my favorite combo.
